The Blue Ridge of southwestern Virginia is a wonderful outdoor classroom. The Natural History of the Blue Ridge Series is a set of three seasonal short-courses offered by the University of Virginia's Roanoke Graduate Center. They provide an enjoyable way for participants to learn about natural history and ecology while experiencing the real thing. Participants are assumed to have little or no previous experience with field natural history. |
